Panda van Proosdij studovala na Rotterdamské taneční akademii v Nizozemsku a zúčastnila se několika divadelních kurzů, například v Azzanu (Itálie), Wiesbadenu (Německo) a New Yorku. Více než 10 let působila jako učitelka na Codarts University of the Arts v Rotterdamu a od roku 2006 spolupracuje s Nizozemským sborem dětí a mládeže jako pohybový poradce a režisérka nacvičených choreografií. 
 

Van Proosdij také navštěvuje mnoho evropských festivalů jako učitelka či vedoucí různých seminářů: Europa Cantat (Mohuč 2006, Utrecht 2009, Bonn 2008 a 2010, Pärnu 2011, Turín 2012, Bergen 2014, Pécs 2015, Lyon 2017, Tallinn 2018); AMJ Eurotreff (Wolfenbüttel 2007); Leipziger Symposium zur Kinder- und Jugendstimme 2011; FCEC 48 Festival Internacional de Cant Coral (Barcelona 2013), Les Choralies (Vaison-la-Romaine 2016, 2019).
 

V roce 2014 vytvořila choreografii k vítěznému programu sboru Aarhus Pigekor (Dánsko), který předvedli během Světových sborových her v Rize a v roce 2015 tento sbor vyhrál také hlavní cenu (Silver Rose Bowl) na mezinárodní sborové soutěži „Let the People Sing“ v Mnichově díky jejich nejnovějšími repertoáru. V roce 2018 na Světových sborových hrách v Pretorii (Jihoafrická republika) zvítězil v kategorii Ženské sbory, a to také díky jejich sbormistryni (Helle Høyer Vedel) a sborové choreografce Pandě van Proosdij. 

 

Panda již 13 let pracuje na své metodě / filozofii „Voice & Physique“ (Hlas a postava). Hlavní myšlenka spočívá především v tom, jak podpořit hlas díky dobrému fyzickému povědomí a způsobech, jak může pohyb zvýšit kvalitu zpěvu. Svou metodu prezentuje na workshopech a master classes po celém světě a vytváří sborové choreografie pro nejrůznější sbory. V dubnu 2014 jí také vyšla první kniha „Voice & Physique“ a na jaře tohoto roku (2019) jí vyjde druhý titul s názvem „Choireography“.

Panda van Proosdij (NL) studied at the Rotterdam Dance Academy in the Netherlands and attended various theatre courses for example in Azzano(Italy), Wiesbaden (Germany) and New York. She was a teacher and guest teacher at Codarts, Music Theatre in Rotterdam for more than 10 years and worked with The Netherlands Children and Youth Choir as movement coach and director since 2006.

In 2014 she created the choireography of the winning program of the Aarhus Pigekor during “The World Choir Games” in Riga and in 2015 this choir won the Silver Rose Bowl of “Let the Peoples Sing” in Munich with their newest program. In 2018 the choir won during The World Choir Games in Pretoria, South- Africa. Again a world title for this female choir,their conductor Helle Høyer Vedel from Aarhus and the Dutch choireographer.
Panda has been working on her method / philosophy “Voice & Physique” for thirteen years now. This way of working is about supporting the voice by creating a good physical awareness and a way to let movement contribute to the quality of singing. She gives workshops and masterclasses ‘Voice & Physique’ all over the world and creates choireography for different choirs and their events. In April 2014 her book ‘Voice & Physique’ has been published and in the Spring of 2019 her 2nd book ‘Choireography’ will be launched.
